Our Return Policy

It is our policy to ship the part you requested in a timely manner.  Of utmost importance to us, we want you, our customer, to be treated as we would want to be treated.  Here is a short list of the regulations we live by.

*  All returns must have our PR number.  E-mail us for this number.
*  No PR numbers will be issued after 30 days.
All returns must be received within 20 days of the authorization.
*  Special non stock items are non-returnable. 
All returnable parts must be in original packing and in new like condition.
*  All returnable parts should be insured for their full value.  Damaged or lost parts are non-refundable.
All return must be freight pre-paid.  COD returns will not be excepted.
*  All returns will be carefully inspected prier to any refunds.
*  Refunds will be issued in the same manner the parts were paid for.  (If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited, etc.)
No returns on electrical parts unless we miss-boxed the part you ordered, and no returns if the part has been installed!
A restocking fee of 15% may apply and be deducted from your refund unless the error is on our part.
*  State taxes will be refunded on all excepted returns
